The main character of this movie has a 'Goal'that he wanted to achieve..
To reach his goal he used 320 days in a year traveling around the country doing his job 'firing people' and giving speech which known as "Emotion Baggage"
His goal is to achieve ten million frequent flyer miles in his life time..
He actually made it in the end of the movie at the same time he realize thing that he missed while he chasing after his dream...
Because he realized meeting his goal is less exciting than what he had imagined...
